2. Service Description

Umbra VPN provides a virtual private network service using WireGuard protocol. We encrypt your internet traffic and route it through our servers to help protect your privacy online.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Umbra VPN for:

• Any illegal activities
• Distributing malware or viruses
• Unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages
• Copyright infringement
• Activities that may harm our network or other users

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Don't share your account with others. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in USD.

We offer a 7-day free trial for new accounts. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges. After the trial, subscriptions are non-refundable.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

Umbra VPN is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
